Our Technology Modernization Practice sits at the intersection of business & technology transformation providing strategy & advisory services that enable our customers to leverage technology as a competitive differentiator. We merge the academic approach of consulting with the pragmatic approach of practitioners by recruiting both career technology consultants and technologists from industry. We provide expertise in each of these areas: IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture & Platforms, Cyber Security, Enterprise Applications, and Cloud/Infrastructure.
We are looking for experienced professionals to provide a variety of services related to Enterprise Architecture and help grow the Technology Modernization Practice.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Lead and advise our engagement teams helping customers be good stewards of enterprise architecture, driving strategic business transformation
Interface with key business and IT leaders for the purpose of setting strategic direction for the enterprise architecture
Serve as an expert for the selection and use of enterprise architecture tools and technologies
Provide architectural and strategic consulting in the areas of external trends, best practices, and standards
Develop and implement sustainable approaches for interactions across technology systems
Further your technology subject matter expertise through development of service offerings, thought leadership, and development of our people
Contribute to the evolution and growth of our Technology Modernization Practice

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
10+ years of business experience, consulting experience preferred
Deep experience in working with senior leaders to exploit technology in the pursuit of business outcomes
Experience developing architecture vision, roadmaps, blueprints, business capability models, systems diagrams, data models, process flows, data flows and other key enterprise architecture deliverables
Demonstrated ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts and solutions to business leaders
Experience understanding, advocating, and activating technology strategies
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Lean, and Agile best practices
