We are seeking an experienced and innovative Front-End Staff Engineer to play a central role in the future of our front-end solutions and drive the development of cutting-edge user interfaces. You will join the Client Experience group working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven web applications. In this role, you will be a technical driver, mentor, and hands-on contributor, shaping the architecture and future direction of our front-end technology stack.
You have a passion for building elegant and accessible web applications. You are customer-focused and passionate about delivering experiences that will delight our users. You believe collaboration, working with the business, customers, product, design, and other engineers, produces the best products. You care about engineering best practices and building an environment that enables your peers to succeed. You’re comfortable diving into complex technical and architectural problems that are outside your current skill set.
You have the ability to take on complex problems, learn quickly, iterate, and persist towards a good solution. You display a high level of ownership and ability to drive issues forward by influencing and aligning with stakeholders.
