  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college\/university is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a related field
  • Strong understanding of food and\/or dairy sanitation
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
Responsibilities
  • Service customers optimizing their plant sanitation programs
  • Identify and facilitate corrective actions on-site
  • Determine, articulate, and manage the sequential steps necessary to meet PAMP goals
  • Prepare written service\/usage reports
  • Understand and articulate the process flow at each account
  • Identify latent customer problems and their solutions
  • Communicate deviations from survey to the Regional Manager
  • Assist in plant surveys, presentations, and service plans design
  • Make adjustments to the customer's cost plan
  • Meet annual goals and objectives
  • Speak in group settings to train sanitation employees
  • Uphold Hydrite's Standard of Excellence
  • Participate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training activities
