Responsibilities
  • Own the implementation of Salesforce for the customer team with a firm understanding of how our sales and service teams use Salesforce.
  • Deliver solutions by designing and implementing new functionality business processes using standard Salesforce functions like validation rules, formula fields, workflows etc., declarative automation tools like flows and processes and third party applications provided on and outside of AppExchange as applicable.
  • Support existing automations (review bug requests, troubleshoot issues), and manage daily administration tasks and operational requests from sales and service teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders and external contractors to perform impact assessment; ensure changes don’t break existing functionality that teams rely on; guide change deployments.
