Requirements
  • 8+ years proven experience in technology recruitment and talent management where a clear vision, strong communication & influencing skills and execution through KPIs were required
  • 8+ years of consultative and influential leadership with clients, partners and the business up to and including C-suite
  • Knowledge of current HR and recruitment trends and best practices
  • 8+ experience in developing and implementing retention strategies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross functionally in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategic and operational initiatives that contribute to our HR priorities within the Digital, Data, Analytics and Technology (DDAT) function.
  • Driving execution of our talent, culture and enterprise strategies, and ensuring management processes support effective implementation of HR priorities
  • Leading key DDAT initiatives / special projects in collaboration with HR Business Partners, COEs and HR Shared Services across all business segments
  • Establishing deep cross-functional relationships throughout Human Resources to ensure solutions and initiatives are effectively designed and implemented
  • Driving the vision, creation, development, and management of key short and long term strategies that support hiring and retention in one of our most critical business areas
  • Demonstrating innovative thinking by successfully building and implementing a wide variety of approaches for a multi-faceted recruitment strategy to include agencies, conferences, college relations, academic skills programs, diversity strategy, referral programs, recruitment marketing (social media) and more.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technology roles, including engineers, developers, data scientists and more
  • Champion DEIB initiatives that create a technology workforce reflecting the communities we serve
  • Foster strong relations with universities, technical communities and industry groups to source top talent
  • Collaborate with TA recruitment marketing to build and maintain an attractive employer brand for technology professionals
  • Develop strategies to ensure our company is positioned as a top destination for technology talent (example social media, employee value proposition, etc)
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to keep our technology professionals engaged, including collaborating with the learning and development teams
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and conduct regular feedback sessions to address concerns
  • Create a roadmap of leadership support/development and activities that support growth for all colleagues
  • Drive the evolution of the technology workforce plan including utilizing virtual hubs in traditionally untapped markets served by CVS Health to reach a more geographically dispersed sector of highly skilled technology talent​
  • Develop pathway to strengthen in-house intellectual capital/subject matter expertise by right sizing colleague to contractor population​
  • Utilize internal and external/market data and analytics to measure recruitment and retention performance; identify trends and make data-driven decisions, and create strategies to enhance colleague recruitment & retention
