Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience designing AI-based conversations or experiences
  • BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, Linguistics, or another related field
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS and/or AI is a nice-to-have
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.
  • Experience with tools like Lucid, Miro, Mural, Figjam, etc.

Responsibilities
  • Own conversation design for Replicant’s Thinking Machines
  • Work directly with Replicant customers to discover unmet needs
  • Partner with Engineers and Engagement Managers to develop requirements
  • Develop intent taxonomies to improve Natural Language Understanding
  • Use analytics tools to measure and improve conversational outcomes
  • Improve conversation design best practices through data-driven experimentation
  • Engage with Product teams to evaluate and integrate new features
