  • Administer daily residence-hall operations.
  • Support community development.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with campus partners.
  • Conduct staff selection, training, supervision, and evaluation.
  • Provide student contact in counseling, conflict mediation and resolution, crisis management, and discipline.
  • Provide on-call duty coverage on a rotating basis.
  • Supervise and administer a residence-hall community and promote a diversified residential program through a curricular approach.
