- A secondary school diploma is required.
- At least two years of customer service experience is required.

- Represent the brand by maintaining a polished appearance and following policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Answer calls according to telephone etiquette, update the client database, and manage reservation confirmations and marketing mailings in accordance with established procedures.
- Master the menus, promotions, hotel services, and organization of the restaurants and bars, ensuring adequate preparation.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, distribute tasks fairly, ensure workplace safety, and provide quality service to clients.
- Experience in food service is considered an asset.
- Successfully complete the qualification test within 100 hours of hiring.
- Knowledge of Micros POS, Property Manager, InDesign, OpenTable, and Microsoft Office is considered an asset.
