Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • OR Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field AND 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in driving Product-Led Growth (PLG) for SaaS or cloud-based products.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing, with a track record of increasing website traffic and conversions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities to craft compelling messages that resonate with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PLG strategies to accelerate user signups, adoption and retention of TiDB Serverless and TiDB Cloud, focusing on self-serve and scalable growth mechanisms.
  • Drive initiatives to increase website traffic, optimize user journeys, and improve conversion rates through targeted content, SEO, and performance marketing efforts.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-impact content such as blog posts, product tutorials, and technical guides that drive organic traffic and educate potential users on the value of TiDB’s offerings.
  • Design, execute, and optimize growth marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels, including web, email, and social media.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and lifecycle marketing programs that nurture users through their journey, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with product development and growth objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful go-to-market strategy.
