  • Stay current with the latest advancements in algorithms, machine learning, and optimization, and apply this knowledge to ongoing projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting best practices in software development and algorithm design.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical brainstorming sessions.
