Roles & Responsibilities:

• Individuals with experience of Workday Functional / Integration. This is a role within the team,requiring a balance of technical expertise, business development, sales origination and client delivery.

The candidate will be expected to:

• Demonstrate successful hands-on experience with delivering Workday implementations

• Experience managing large teams on complex global projects

• Providecross-functional Workday advice and work closely with the client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of Workday

• Advise clients on the transformational aspects of Workday in relation to the FINS operating model including its self-service, service delivery and process execution capabilities

• Contribute to business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal and contract /commercial negotiations with our Workday clients

• Lead the growth of the Workday practice through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadershipand supporting the career aspirations of team members

• Advise on technical integration of the Workday application with other client and 3rd partyapplications
