Responsibilities
  • Conducting quantitative, economic, industry, and company-specific research and analysis
  • Supporting all financial modeling, valuation, comparable and relative value analyses, and market-specific analysis
  • Assisting in drafting client pitch and marketing materials for M&A transactions
  • Supporting the modeling of a broad range of corporate finance alternatives and conducting due diligence for transactions, including M&A, strategic alternatives, capital structure development, and acquisition financing
  • Assisting in the research, facilitation and coordination of sector specific idea generation
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to support the development and cultivation of client and company relationships
