Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations.
  • Hold a nationally recognized Personal Training certification.
  • Experience planning and executing events, including wellness fairs, charity events, sports leagues, and other community engagement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to support successful event execution.
  • Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments.
  • Skill in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management.
  • Experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, and event platforms.
  • Ability to learn new systems for membership and program management.
  • Ability to anticipate customer and community needs and create a welcoming, personalized environment.
  • Ability to organize work clearly and prepare teams to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain reliable relationships with members, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance creative programming with budget, logistics, team capacity, and execution requirements.
  • Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively in complex, changing environments.
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy, partnerships, and programming that shape the wellness experience across the campus.
  • Design the mix of fitness classes, wellness programs, and activations.
  • Define the goals, logistics, and run-of-show frameworks for wellness services.
  • Coordinate with on-site operators and local vendors to align partners with service standards.
  • Manage partner alignment and ensure collaborators contribute to the wellness environment.
  • Manage assigned resources and budgets.
  • Track service feedback and data to demonstrate operational impact.
  • Set clear priorities for the wellness team and empower execution excellence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three to five years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations, preferably within a large campus, commercial office, country club, or boutique wellness environment.
