Requirements
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for the entirety of the shift.
  • Must be proficient in communicating in English.
  • Must excel at customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Work cross-functionally with other TransWest team members to identify potential issues in the field and propose meaningful solutions.
  • Demonstrate and provide instructions to clients on ridership applications and other technology offerings.
  • Represent TransWest professionally and provide customer service as clients arrive at and depart from their work locations.
  • Interact positively with customers.
  • Track relevant client ridership data and vehicle arrival and departure data.
  • Operate TransWest technology to provide schedule information to clients.
  • Provide relevant customer feedback to TransWest leadership and support process improvement.
  • Interact effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
