  • Understand SEO as it relates to content marketing and knowledge of how to optimize content to rank for organic traffic acquisition
  • Build, own, and manage the content calendar from concept through execution, with a focus on the top of the funnel
  • Elevate Finch's content brand into a media hub, and a trusted go-to-resource for our target audience: Product managers, founders and developers
  • Be the editor-in-chief of Finch's content brand, and develop engaging copy across social, blog, email, website, product, and marketing materials
  • Develop digital resources (e.g. customer case studies) that can be shared with specific audiences to meet Marketing goals
  • Drive website traffic, increase conversion and improve engagement
  • Ability to create and edit content that simplifies complex or technical topics
  • Deliver effective and relevant content in a timely manner through collaboration with several teams
  • Provide a clear tone of voice for Finch and ensure consistency across our communications
  • Leverage internal champions to research prospect and customer needs, and translate that data into engaging content
  • Analyze content performance and progress against team goals. Iterate, test, and provide recommendations
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience writing content for product managers and developers
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Figma, Ghost, and social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn and Twitter)
