About the Opportunity
The Lead, People Systems Operations oversees implementation of Tier II maintenance and enhancement solutions and provides oversight of Tier I support across WeWork’s HR technology, including Workday and various other tools. The role supports intake and prioritization of the People Systems Operations roadmap and leads cross-functional feature implementation projects from planning through to delivery. The role requires a strong understanding of system implementation and support methodologies, along with a strong understanding of best practice for HR business process design, data management, and compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead implementation of functional solutions and provide oversight of day-to-day support in Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Time & Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Advanced Reporting, and Security
Support intake of maintenance and enhancement requests, consulting with cross-functional stakeholders to establish prioritization
Oversee intake triage, routing, and resolution of support requests in case management system based on impact and urgency
Partner with key stakeholders to understand functional requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions through planning, design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation
Collaborate with teammates in other functional areas within People Systems to ensure consistent and effective design and implementation of cross-functional solutions
Design and develop advanced custom reports as required for business users and leadership
Configure and administer security and permissions to comply with policies and procedures
Lead bi-annual Workday releases, including impact assessment and regression testing
Manage regular system maintenance, including year-end activities
Identify opportunities for internal and external process improvements and lead optimization efforts
Adhere to compliance standards, including thorough documentation of requirements, testing, and approvals
Understand and follow company policies surrounding data governance, security, and integration development
Emphasize scalability and sustainability in all design decisions
Act with speed, while balancing quality and compliance
About You
1 to 2+ years practical Workday configuration experience including support and end-to-end feature implementations
Strong knowledge of HR, Payroll & Benefits processes, procedures and best practice
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
Must be a skilled communicator, with well-developed verbal, written and presentation ability
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $76,500 - $102,000
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
