Requirements
  • Working knowledge of general office administration and procedures, general account principles, and collections processes.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience working with Great Plaines and Salesforce software
  • Masters degree in finance or a relevant field
Responsibilities
  • Service a group of vendor and customer accounts as single point of contact for market data services.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors and customers via phone, email, or mail.
  • Verify and update customer contact information to maintain accurate information in databases/systems.
  • Prepare vendor and direct-billed customer invoices using data in billing system.
  • Maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Act as a liaison with outsourced collection services to collect outstanding balances on past due accounts and/or resolve issues.
  • Provide general departmental support and customer service by being available for and responsive to phone/fax lines and email inbox.
