Bose invests $20M in Noise expansion

Bose Corporation has invested ₹172 crore ($20 million) in Noise, marking its second funding round. Noise issued 4,915 compulsory convertible debentures at ₹3,45,833 each, with a nominal interest rate of 0.001%, to be converted into equity later. The investment values Noise at $470 million.
