Red Ventures is seeking a Paid Search Senior Associate to join our CNET team! In this role, you are responsible for implementing, optimizing, and analyzing paid search campaigns to drive performance. In this role, you’ll need to think strategically and act tactically. You’ll be charged with identifying opportunities to drive revenue, and instilling data-driven best practices. What You’ll Do: Create and execute innovative paid search campaigns for Red Ventures brands.
- Manage day-to-day execution and analysis of paid search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising platforms within budget.
- Identify and test opportunities for account growth and optimization.
- Analyze and give recommendations for driving account growth. Communicate to team and business leaders on a regular basis.
- Learn from some of the best and brightest paid search thought-leaders in the industry
What We’re Looking For: Data lovers and analytically minded people with a passion for search engine marketing.
- 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record meeting performance goals in paid search marketing
- Experience in Google Ads (AdWords) & Microsoft Advertising
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
- SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and other analytic platforms experience a plus.
- Self-starter with willingness to drive the business forward and take ownership of tasks, tactics, and strategy. Flexibility with evolving strategy a must.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a strong team player. Solid communication skills, written and verbal, preferable.
- Experience in paid social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok) a plus.
Compensation
- Cash Compensation Range: $90,000-$130,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
