About the Role

Twitch is building the future of interactive entertainment. Every part of the work we do is with the goal of making Twitch even more efficient, resilient, and responsive. The Global Infrastructure Business Operations Transactions Team focuses on providing business support to internal Twitch teams and our infrastructure technology partners. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will manage our monthly financial inputs and Service level agreement (SLA) requests while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce. You are someone who initiates and prides themselves on being detail-oriented, and is always searching for ways to improve the business.

You Will:

• Input, validate, and maintain accurate financial data in Salesforce
• Ensure continued data quality through ongoing data audits, develop process improvements, and cleanup resolution
• Review and reconcile invoices against projected spend and contracted services
• Guide communication between internal Twitch teams and suppliers to resolve invoicing issues
• Proactively manage, notify, and track vendor service level violations ensuring timely credits
• Submit Purchase Orders and resolve payment issues across several accounting systems

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ year(s) related work experience
• Data entry experience with demonstrated ability to input a high volume of complex data sets with pinpoint accuracy
• Experience with Financial/CRM systems (i.e. Oracle, Coupa, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Experience with high attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

• Familiarity with infrastructure technology contracts or invoices (such as datacenter space and power, hardware, software licensing, cloud services, network connectivity)
