Resolve.ai automates software operations using AI technology, specifically designed for software engineers and IT operations teams. Its main product, the AI Production Engineer, autonomously handles incident response and root cause analysis, which helps to significantly reduce the Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) incidents. This automation minimizes the need for human intervention, allowing engineers to focus more on innovation rather than routine tasks. Unlike many competitors, Resolve.ai offers a subscription-based service that integrates seamlessly with popular tools like AWS, Slack, and GitHub, providing a comprehensive solution for managing software operations. The goal of Resolve.ai is to enhance operational efficiency by automating over 80% of alerts and incidents, thereby reducing operational bottlenecks and alleviating the stress of on-call duties for engineers.
