  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management, Business, Computer Information Systems, or Business Administration with emphasis in information technology, analytics, or business systems, or equivalent work experience in a related information technology field.

  • For Level II, at least three years of business software analyst experience, project management experience, conversion experience with bank data and system upgrades, understanding of application integration, understanding of database structures and database access methodologies, advanced knowledge of business requirements, and advanced knowledge of application processes, design, construction, and architecture.
  • For Level III, at least seven years of business software analyst experience, project management experience with strong leadership skills, ability to estimate work time and deadlines, ability to lead conversion efforts, comprehensive knowledge of application integration, ability to manage database structures and access protocols, advanced analytical and time-management skills, subject-matter expertise in the application, and ability to review code and files when necessary.
  • For Level IV, at least seven years of business software analyst or business software management experience within banking or a banking technology vendor, project management experience including status reporting and issue escalation, ability to lead conversion efforts, comprehensive application-integration knowledge, ability to manage database structures and access protocols, ability to direct technical staff and end users, expert-level application knowledge, strategic solution development, and ability to review code and files when necessary.
  • The role requires the ability to sit for long periods, use a computer keyboard or mouse, and view computer screens.
Responsibilities
  • Work with business owners to assess system capabilities through research and fact-finding around applicable business systems.
  • Coordinate functional requirements with business management and application developers to determine effective solutions.
  • Assist business owners in identifying technical problems and issues.
  • Work with application developers to create detailed specifications that ensure business enhancements are delivered accurately and timely.
  • Create accurate and complete test plans for application testing.
  • Work with end users to develop and execute test cases.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for business improvements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the business unit through regular interaction with business owners.
  • Provide project support and administrative functions.
  • For Level III and IV, lead conversion efforts by working with business and technical stakeholders.
  • For Level IV, assume full Project Manager duties for status reporting and issue escalation when required and in the absence of PMO resources.
  • For Level IV, direct the tactical activities of technical staff and end users to ensure successful delivery of application objectives.
  • For Level IV, prepare and deliver information to management in formal and executive-level presentations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced banking experience is preferred for Level II.
  • More than seven years of banking experience is preferred for Level III.
  • More than seven years of banking experience or banking technology vendor experience is preferred for Level IV.

Trustmark reports Q2 net income of $63.5M as loan growth lifts margin to 3.84%

Trustmark Corporation reported second-quarter net income of $63.5 million, or $1.08 per diluted share. Adjusted operating earnings were $56.7 million, or $0.97 per share, excluding two non-routine items totalling $6.9 million. Loan and deposit growth lifted net interest income 3.1% sequentially, whilst the net interest margin expanded to 3.84%. Management maintained its outlook for mid-single-digit loan and deposit growth and a full-year margin of 3.80% to 3.85%. Credit quality improved sharply after the sale of $73.8 million in delinquent mortgage loans, reducing non-performing assets to 0.39% of loans. The transaction lowered non-performing loans by $47.1 million. Trustmark completed its core systems conversion and repurchased $21.1 million of stock during the quarter.

Trustmark reports Q1 revenues of $203M, up 4.2% year on year

Trustmark, a Mississippi-based financial services organisation, reported first-quarter revenues of $202.9 million, up 4.2% year on year and in line with analyst expectations. North Reef Capital Management has acquired a new stake in Trustmark Corporation, purchasing 1,952,930 shares during the first quarter of 2026, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. The investment was valued at $82.30 million as of 31 March, representing 2.8% of North Reef's reportable assets under management. Trustmark shares traded at $43.10 on 15 May 2026, up 20% over the previous 12 months. The bank reported first-quarter net income of $56.1 million, with earnings per share of $0.95. Loans held for investment increased 4.8% year-on-year to $13.9 billion, whilst deposits grew to $15.7 billion.
