- Ensure that all visualizations have well-defined metrics and definitions, aligned with organizational standards and objectives.
Data Quality, Consistency, and Auditing

- Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, managing expectations and providing timely updates on dashboard and reporting initiatives.
- Act as a data resource for colleagues with less experience, guiding them in understanding and interpreting data insights effectively.
Process Improvement & Issue Escalation
- Monitor dashboards for trends and insights that may highlight potential issues or opportunities within the marketing domain and flag them proactively.
- Leverage best practices and industry knowledge to propose and implement process improvements, refining reporting methodologies and enhancing the overall utility of dashboards.
- Ensure ongoing alignment between backend data structures and frontend reporting, collaborating with the data team to identify gaps and improvements.
Reporting and Analytics Excellence
- Conduct detailed quantitative analyses of customer and external data sources to understand customer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
