Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in full stack development, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership or principal engineering role.
  • Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go.
  • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks React preferred.
  • Expertise in designing and operating cloud-native systems on GCP.
  • Proficiency with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven systems.
  • Extensive experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and managing production-grade cloud systems.
  • Proven experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Firestore).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • GCP Professional Certification (Cloud Architect, Developer, or Data Engineer).
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end full stack applications with high scalability and resilience.
  • Architect complex cloud-native systems leveraging the full suite of GCP services.
  • Set technical direction, define best practices, and drive engineering excellence across teams.
  • Build and optimize APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Guide adoption of serverless and container-based architectures using Cloud Run, GKE, and Cloud Functions.
  • Champion CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager.
  • Drive code quality through rigorous design reviews, mentoring, and automated testing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable tech solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and mentor to Staff and Senior Engineers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new tools and frameworks that enhance productivity and performance.

  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
