Compensation Overview

What You’ll Do

• SME for Product search, Recommendation engine
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and provide compelling and innovative solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI based search solutions
• Good experience with technical design/architecture in Java/J2EE applications, microservices architecture
• Hands-on to a level of driving POCs with the team.
• Experience in integrations with 3rd party systems for customer rewards implementation

What You Know

• 10+ years of experience in technical design/architecture with multiple project implementations under the loyalty/rewards domain
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology (Micro AI/ML) and industrial trends in Loyalty and Rewards domain
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.
• Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills
• Experience in agile/SCRUM/SDLC
• "Architectural and business vision for how loyalty points are calculated, stored and redeemed" has a context menu
• Act as a liaison between business and technology users.
• Should be aware of concepts like up sell, cross sell, recommendations

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Compensation Band

• $145-150k per year
