PLM is seeking an experienced In-House Landman to support operations within the Eagle Ford play. This role requires strong leasing and land administration experience and must be performed in-office in Houston, TX.

This is an in-office position focused on Eagle Ford development.

Responsibilities

Manage leasing and land administration activities within the Eagle Ford play.
Negotiate and secure oil and gas leases, amendments, extensions, and related agreements.
Support regulatory compliance and filings related to South Texas operations.
Review and interpret mineral ownership, lease terms, and contractual obligations.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding drilling schedules, title status, and development planning.
Maintain organized, accurate land records and internal tracking systems.
Provide timely updates and reporting to internal leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of Landman experience.
Significant, hands-on experience in the Eagle Ford play.
Strong understanding of South Texas mineral and regulatory environments.
Prior experience working in-house or directly for an operator preferred.
Ability to work full-time in-office in Houston, TX.
Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
