  • 1+ year of experience in data entries & analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (i.e., spreadsheet formatting, pivot tables, VLookups) and Google Suite.
  • Conducts and facilitates data entries, data issues identification & determines the root causes, and is able to troubleshoot/fix the issues with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interacting professionally with external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure new campaigns are created with the data requirements inputted in the influencer management platform before they go live.
  • Monitor newly published content to ensure they meet FTC and brand guidelines across multiple campaigns.
  • QA that the campaign content is captured in the influencer management platform.
  • Track and assign costs to the influencers for the campaigns in the influencer management platform.
  • Ensures all YTD campaigns are in the influencer management platform with proper, accurate information.
  • End-of-month spend reconciliation between brand internal systems and the influencer management platform.
  • Effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiar with Traackr, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Dashboard visualization would be a plus.
  • Develops methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects.
