Job Summary:
The Brand Manager, Filler Marketing will support the Director, Filler Marketing to support brand initiatives in the highly competitive and fast-paced aesthetics space. This role will help ensure key elements of the marketing mix are properly planned and executed. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, working closely with the field to ensure effectiveness managing agency partners, collaborating with MLR partners, and working across functionally to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Reporting to: Executive Director, Marketing
Location: Remote; or hybrid from Nashville, TN
Salary Range: $102,500 - $140,900
Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
- Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Brand Manager will develop and manage the execution of professional marketing plans to deliver differentiated value to our customers to help meet company goals.
- Collaborate with both internal and external parties, including agencies, partnerships and KOLs, to ensure the success of all initiatives and programs.
- Lead projects, develop and manage programs, and coordinate with cross-functional team members for alignment.
- Develop and execute downstream marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns and the creation of sales materials and other assets to pull these through.
- Work directly with Marketing Director, Aesthetics to complete and implement brand plan and key initiatives.
- Lead competitive intelligence tracking and reporting to the broader commercial team.
- Act as a central point of contact to the field.
- Participate in market research and lead analytics to understand program effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree & 2 years’ directly related experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree & 4 years’ directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising.
- 5+ years of professional, agency and/or consumer marketing (and/or sales) experience.
- Pharmaceutical, device, bio-tech or aesthetics experience.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Strong project management skills and an ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring quality results.
- Proactive and can-do attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Manage agency partners and coordinate workstreams to ensure strategic imperatives are met.
- Manage budget for all marketing activities responsible for, and work with marketing coordinator on tracking of contracts and scopes of work for brand initiatives.
- Experience with promotional review process.
