Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience in an analytical role of a revenue operations, FP&A, or business operations teams for B2B companies, preferably in Tech SaaS or Tech consulting
  • Experienced in managing end-to-end analytics projects, from developing business cases and collaborating with stakeholders to delivering successful outcomes such as analyses, dashboards, models, or training materials
  • Strong SQL proficiency, and highly skilled with Google Suite or Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to articulate data-driven insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain GTM Metrics reporting framework in collaboration with Sales Strategy and Finance teams
  • Generate deep dives on leading and lagging indicators to provide early warnings and insights into evolving business dynamics
  • Train teams on key metrics, methodologies, and best practices for enhanced business alignment
  • Develop clear documentation standards to facilitate efficient information retrieval
  • Aid in alignment and validation of tools and metrics delivered by Sales Intel and related analytics teams
  • Serve as a thought partner to Sales Intel tooling and infrastructure teams by anticipating analytical users' needs
