Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • BS or MS in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Experience designing various mobile application products for millions of b2c users
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Experience communicating design decisions with various stakeholders
  • Experience with data-informed product design and development
  • Experience designing for Android and iOS products as well as responsive websites
  • Fluency with prototyping tools like Invision, Figma, Whimsical, or Flinto
  • Track record of producing multiple concepts and prototypes
  • Experience in defining or improving product design processes
  • Experience in building or contributing to a product's design system
  • Understanding of the value of testing individual design effects
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of new features and updates across mobile app portfolio
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
  • Perform competitive analysis and research on User Flows
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design vision is executed accurately
  • Stay abreast of UX trends and seek creative ideas and inspiration
  • Understand authors and readers using data and user interviews to refine UX and Designs
