Responsibilities
  • The Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFX) Asset Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the property operations of the contract.
  • Duties and responsibilities include formulating property policies, managing daily property and logistics operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources supporting property and supply operations.
  • They work closely with Functional Area Leads on management of administrative issues, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services.
  • The Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFX) Asset Manager is a senior role responsible for all aspects of property and supply operations.
  • The Government Furnished Equipment/Property (GFX) Asset Manager supervises and mentors subordinate project and staff.
  • They receive direction from the Logistics Manager.
