We are seeking committed and reliable Room Attendants (casual and part-time) looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, helping to set the standard for cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction at one of Geelong's premium hospitality destinations.

A little taste of your day to day 

• Ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards in line with IHG Way of Clean standards.

• Provide exceptional guest service by assisting with requests and enquiries, upholding Crowne Plaza’s "Dare to Connect" service philosophy at every interaction.

• Report cleaning progress, maintenance concerns, and any issues requiring attention.

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Monitor and control housekeeping supplies to minimise waste and maintain operational efficiency.

• Assist with lost property by helping reunite guests with misplaced items.

• Support regular deep-cleaning projects and other housekeeping initiatives as required.

What We Need From You 

• Proven experience as a Room Attendant within hotels and resorts.

• Physically fit and comfortable with bending, lifting, and being on your feet throughout the shift. 

• Availability and commitment to work between at least 2-3 shifts per week.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.

• Current valid Australian working rights.
