  • 1+ years in a sales focused role
  • Superior communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
  • Possess a strong phone presence and ability to articulate business problems and solutions
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent at following up on action items
  • Comfortable and confident engaging with very technical decision-makers
  • Keen situational awareness during all potential customer interactions
  • Highly inquisitive and persistent nature

Responsibilities
  • Drive a high volume of prospect outreach through phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads through the sales process from MQL stage through to SQL stage
  • Achieve weekly/monthly/quarterly goals
  • Leverage our sales development methodology and best practices
  • Manage, nurture and grow a pipeline of sales qualified prospects
  • Research technical buyers to deliver contextual emails and cold calls
  • Maintain and update records within our CRM to reflect relevant research and activities
  • Follow-up on leads quickly and within designated timeframes
  • Work closely with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns
  • Help with list building and other research projects
  • Constantly participate in training to improve your knowledge and skills
