- Assist with research related to regulations, risk, insurance, vendor agreements, corporate policies, and compliance requirements.
- Provide limited support on financial or business analysis when legal matters intersect with company operations.
- Interest in corporate law, contracts, government contracting, construction, compliance, risk, or business operations.
- Prior exposure to contracts, legal research, compliance, government contracting, corporate governance, or business operations.
- Prior military experience or familiarity with veteran-owned business programs.
