  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in value services and consulting
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales/sales support, management consulting, or industry practitioner
  • Strong financial modeling abilities and experience with products such as Mediafly
  • MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • Ability to travel (approx. 30%)
Responsibilities
  • Focus on sales process and provide insight to remedy gaps
  • Build & lead a team of value consultants delivering services to prospective customers
  • Work closely with regional Sales Leadership, Sales Directors, Product Management, Finance, and Marketing
  • Engage at the executive level with prospects and customers as a subject matter expert
  • Nurture and drive innovation in storytelling and value proposition
  • Refine financial value-based selling methodology and support the Sales team
  • Serve as a mentor and advocate for team member professional development
  • Develop and improve competitive positioning and messaging
  • Contribute to Tekion's Value proposition including thought leadership
