Requirements
  • You have obtained or are currently obtaining a Bac+3 or a level 6 RNCP qualification.
  • You have initial experience in sports or fashion retail in a customer- and business-oriented environment.
  • You have a good understanding of product issues in the sports and fashion sectors and retail.
  • You can participate in everyday conversations and handle simple correspondence in English, ideally at B2 level.
  • Ideally, you know office tools such as Microsoft Office and inventory-management software such as SAP.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to store profitability by reaching or exceeding sales objectives and key performance indicators for your area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate the work of team members to provide a unique shopping experience while ensuring the store’s routine activities.
  • Support the training, development, and coaching of store employees.
  • Develop sales within your area through customer advice, with continuous focus on improving the shopping experience for sportswear and fashion customers.
  • Work closely with all store teams, including management, sales, stock, and visual merchandising teams.
