Requirements
  • 3-years’ experience in Operations role.
  • Must have experience and knowledge agency management platforms.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with project management experience.
  • Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Adaptable and capable of balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong computer skill and proficient with Microsoft Excel and use of pivot tables.
  • High school diploma required/College Preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Managing end-to-end analysis of insurance workflows and processes.
  • Supports the integration and deployment of workflows and processes per leadership direction.
  • Drives scalability and integration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes.
  • Applying knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues/problems.
  • Assist in reviewing company statements to identify and research pending payments, including past due items.
  • General understanding of insurance accounting and billing.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities and implements strategies / solutions developed in partnership with leadership.
  • Develops and maintains documentation to support best practices for existing employees and onboarding of new employees.
  • Create and maintain branch Teams Channel files and updates.
  • Point of contact for agency management issues and reporting.
  • Additional operations related projects as defined by management.
