- A Master's Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program is required.
- A current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license is required, or the candidate must be eligible to obtain one before the start date.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children and families are required.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based pediatric speech therapy services targeting speech sound disorders and articulation, language delays and communication disorders, feeding and swallowing challenges, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Deliver personalized therapy sessions focused on improving functional communication and independence.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support positive outcomes.
- Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress at home.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide family-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to professional and regulatory standards.
- One year of experience is preferred.
- Pediatric speech therapy experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
