Requirements
  • 7 - 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or integrated business planning
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP processes
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation, configuration, and support (SAP S/4HANA)
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and budgets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in change management and training for SAP implementations
  • Familiarity with data integration and data management best practices
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities
  • SAP IBP Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP)
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants, to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into SAP IBP solutions, creating detailed design specifications, process maps, and system configuration plans
  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that project milestones are met, and risks are effectively managed
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of SAP IBP within the organization. Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for end-users
  • Integration and Data Management: Work closely with IT teams to integrate SAP IBP with existing ERP systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing phase, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system meets business requirements and functions correctly
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the supply chain function
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns or issues as they arise
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP users, addressing any issues, and optimizing system performance
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, SAP certification) is a plus
