Responsibilities

SAP IBP Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP)
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external consultants, to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Solution Design: Translate business requirements into SAP IBP solutions, creating detailed design specifications, process maps, and system configuration plans
Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that project milestones are met, and risks are effectively managed
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of SAP IBP within the organization. Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for end-users
Integration and Data Management: Work closely with IT teams to integrate SAP IBP with existing ERP systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing phase, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the system meets business requirements and functions correctly
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements within the supply chain function
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns or issues as they arise
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IBP users, addressing any issues, and optimizing system performance

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, SAP certification) is a plus

As a Supply Chain Business Lead for the Implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
