Requirements
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proven experience running Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, with measurable ROAS/ACOS results.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Amazon Storefront.
  • Ability to analyze data in Excel or Google Sheets using pivot tables and formulas, with experience using Amazon Brand Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during Central Time business hours, with strong asynchronous communication habits for distributed teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple stock-keeping units and projects while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end listing optimization, including titles, bullet points, backend search terms, A+ Content/Premium A+, and Brand Store.
  • Manage new product launches, variations, and catalog hygiene, including suppressed listings, flat files, and category or browse node issues.
  • Monitor and resolve listing errors, hijackers, and Buy Box suppressions.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets against target ACOS/TACOS and revenue goals.
  • Identify and test growth levers such as Amazon DSP, Subscribe & Save, Coupons, Lightning Deals, and Vine.
  • Track weekly and monthly key performance indicators, including sales, conversion rate, sessions, TACOS, inventory health, and account health metrics.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership using Amazon Brand Analytics, Business Reports, and third-party tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, and Pacvue.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing and positioning.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations on inventory planning, FBA shipments, and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock.
  • Manage case logs with Amazon Seller and Vendor Support and resolve account health, policy, and compliance issues.
  • Monitor intellectual property and listing infringement and policy violations, escalating as needed.
  • Partner with creative and design teams on imagery, video, and A+ Content updates.
  • Work with finance on pricing, margin, and promotional strategy.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Onboard to the current catalog, advertising accounts, and reporting cadence.
  • Identify three to five quick-win opportunities, including listing fixes, advertising waste, and stranded inventory.
  • Deliver the first monthly performance report with clear recommendations.
  • Establish a reliable weekly rhythm of optimization and reporting.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with FBA inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Pacvue, or Perpetua.
  • Experience launching new products or entering new Amazon marketplaces, including the United Kingdom, European Union, or Canada.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon DSP and retail media.
  • Experience in a specific product category such as consumer packaged goods, beauty, supplements, or electronics.
