  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 12 years of related experience or a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of experience, or a PhD and 8 years of experience.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • Weapon System experience Spanning Program Lifecycle from Requirements Development through PDR, CDR to Production.
  • Experience Negotiating Requirements with External Entities.
  • Experience Presenting to Customers.
  • Requirement Decomposition Experience.
  • Travel 25% of the Time (3-4 days once per month both domestic and international).
Responsibilities
  • Lead an integrated product team tasked with implementing missile design interfaces to the overall weapon system in alignment with customer objectives and constraints.
  • Partner with external organizations to understand weapon system capabilities and requirements for the launch vehicle.
  • Develop and balance performance requirements between missile and weapon system.
  • Perform trade studies to optimize missile engagement sequence and performance relative to weapon system input parameters.
