  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related program
  • A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience that led to accelerated revenue and rapid customer expansion.
  • Formal sales training in SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, Miller Heiman, and other solution selling technique is a plus
  • Ability to structure and negotiate agreements/contracts with complex terms to build strategic partnerships
Responsibilities
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by developing new client relationships and expanding market share with existing clients. Success in negotiating and closing new contracts, as well as renewing existing agreements, is essential.
  • Position Atlas as a Trusted Advisor: Establish Atlas Energy Solutions as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations, ensuring that Atlas is integral to their future operations.
  • Understand Client Strategies: Stay informed of the strategies, market positions, budgets, and goals of key accounts. Develop and present value-driven offers that benefit both the clients and Atlas.
  • Conduct Business Reviews: Regularly build and conduct business reviews to address client needs, prioritize improvements, and drive added value.
  • Foster Collaborative Relationships: Develop strong internal and client relationships that create mutually beneficial, win-win sales opportunities.
  • Lead in Logistics & Last-Mile Solutions: Position Atlas Energy Solutions at the forefront of customizable logistics and last-mile solutions, catering to client-specific needs
