Requirements
- Previous fast-paced manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Good hand-eye coordination is required.
- Ability to use power tools, such as staple guns, to assemble parts is required.
- Work must be performed with safety as the top priority.
- Ability to bend and lift parts throughout the shift is required.
- Ability to stand for the entire 8–10-hour shift is required.
- Ability to arrive on time every day and take direction from supervisors in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively each day is required.
Responsibilities
- Feed raw materials into production machinery.
- Supply materials to other departments and team members.
- Assemble furniture on production lines.
- Use tools to assemble and manufacture furniture.
- Monitor the production process.
- Perform basic quality and testing checks.
- Store goods and raw materials properly in the warehouse.
- Pack goods for shipment.
- Maintain work areas and equipment.
- Inform management when problems arise.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.
