Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation in Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Experience with critical marketing tools that support ABM, paid search and social, and programmatic marketing.
- Experience leading and managing a high-performing marketing team.
- A deep understanding of the enterprise B2B marketing landscape and the latest demand generation best practices targeting technical buyers.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for Snyk's mission and a strong desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the demand generation funnel, from lead generation to qualification and pipeline creation.
- Owning the development of global campaigns to support net new pipeline creation across new logos (enterprise and mid-market).
- Engaging in customer expansion motions by developing programs aligned with the customer lifecycle, generating pipeline and creating interest.
- Interlocking with regional marketing and sales stakeholders to align global campaign creation and execution in support of core markets across the AMER, EMEA & APJ.
- Being highly analytical in managing and inspecting the GTM funnel and the lead-to-sales handoff.
- Implementing persona and campaign-based marketing to security and development audiences.
- Contributing to the development of impactful market narratives and related messaging/content, leading seamless integration into multi-channel campaigns.
- Being responsible for all global corp events in all theaters - AMERS, EMEA, ANZ, and Japan.
- Developing and executing a data-driven demand generation strategy that aligns with Snyk's overall business objectives.
- Driving the collaborative development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Managing and optimizing Snyk's marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
- Tracking and measuring the performance of all marketing activities and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies and identifying new opportunities to reach target audiences.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the GTM team.
