  • Take the leading role building our inside sales engine and top-of-funnel playbook. From customer/ industry segmentation, ICP refinement and prospecting, to developing, testing and executing strategic outreach campaigns to qualify new sales opportunities - you'll own it all!
  • Drive top-of-funnel sales opportunities both strategically and tactically. Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, trade shows, cold calling and other innovative methods to design and implement outbound campaigns and iterate to drive results. Develop a growing pipeline through these efforts
  • Design and execute the processes to manage sales pipeline activities and ensure CRM data always remains accurate and complete
  • Work closely with our executive team through all stages of the sales cycle and acquire the skills you need to quickly level up and build the foundation for a career
  • Collaborate across the organization (we're a small, lean team) and help shape an organizational culture of feedback, ownership and excellence
  • Has 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, business development or client success where you consistently exceeded metrics
  • Has proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software, cold-calling and email sequencing (preferred).Is fearless and willing to engage with new people every day, present the Portex value proposition, answer questions, and manage objections with ease
  • Is an entrepreneurial self-starter with a “can do” attitude. You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments and have the grit, hustle and perseverance required to meet ambitious growth goals
  • Is collaborative and comfortable working in an early stage startup where learning and adapting quickly is important
