This position will be based out of Centreville, VA with a HYBRID office/remote schedule.

Your Role:
In this newly created role, the Internal Mobility/Redeployment Sr. Specialist will primarily focus on Federal customers to execute and implement strategies to enrich the internal candidate experience and advocate for redeployment and internal career mobility. You will also partner with the Infrastructure and Corporate lead on special projects. Reporting to the Internal Mobility/Redeployment Leader within the Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations function, you will deliver solutions to retain our talent and foster an exceptional experience for our employees.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner with cross-functional teams across North America to drive continuous enhancements of our internal mobility/redeployment program and elevating the employees’ experience.
Coach, advise and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and employees to understand hiring needs and top talent priorities and develop creative strategies for engaging internal talent across the company
Utilize metrics, reporting and forecasting to assess program performance and effectiveness through analytics and recommend best practices based on results.
Execute employee placement efforts through collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Business Partners, and the Business.
Be a trusted partner, reinforcing our commitment to employee retention, career development and mobility program.
Serve as the employee advocate for transitioning employees who are, or will be demobilizing off program(s), or are in search of career growth.
Host Redeployment/Internal Mobility Meetings with Talent Acquisition and Business Hiring Managers to represent our program and identify opportunities for employees.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
5+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Mobility or Human Resources
Demonstrated experience within the Defense & Intel industry
Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience building relationships across functions and levels to successfully drive results
Working knowledge of Recruitment processes and proficient in using Excel
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field)
Ability to network, influence, and build solid relationships across the enterprise
Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools\ (Workday preferred)
Exhibits a curious approach that affords you to learn and strive for best practices to enrich the program
Demonstrated project management skills
You take pride in team contributions and truly enjoy having an impact on the success of the company

Salary Range:
