Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify challenges in the sales process and design solutions by collaborating with internal Stakeholders, Salesforce development teams, and other cross-functional partners
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to address change management ensuring a seamless transition to new processes or updates to existing processes
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Be a key driver in UAT testing for Salesforce releases
  • Remove obstacles from the sales floor by providing daily support for process or dealdesk related issues
  • Build SFDC dashboards and run basic analyses to help surface gaps in performance and efficiency
