Requirements
- More than 5 years of QA Manager or QA Lead experience.
- More than 7 years of overall work experience.
- Experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or development within capital markets, including knowledge of the trade life cycle and derivatives products.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience handling onsite clients.
- Ability to understand functional architecture, project requirements, and each team member's work.
- Ability to answer client questions about low-level project details.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on at the project level with the entire onsite and offshore quality assurance team.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to understand functional architecture, requirements, and team member responsibilities.
- Handle client meetings and answer detailed project questions.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a developer or tester on projects involving application connectivity and the flow of trades across applications.
