Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Majors in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing or Sales is preferred.
  • 4+ years of Sales Marketing experience is required.
  • 3 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital shelf management, retail media analytics, or CPG Marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CPG industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital shelf tools (e.g., Salsify, Profitero, Edge, Syndigo) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of LHD’s digital shelf operations across all key retailer platforms.
  • Track product presence, content accuracy, pricing visibility, availability, and compliance with retailer requirements across priority eCommerce platforms.
  • Identify digital shelf gaps and opportunities through regular auditing, dashboard review, and competitive scans.
  • Monitor and report on Share of Search, rankings, and placement trends for priority SKUs and keywords.
  • Manage product data within LHD’s PIM system, ensuring all product attributes, images, and copy are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Coordinate with Brand, Supply Chain, and IT to align PIM data with product master data and GTIN governance.
  • Ensure timely updates and syndication of new or revised product information to retailer feeds.
  • Audit PIM data regularly for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with retailer-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate to ensure content toolkits meet retailer requirements and are syndicated accurately.
  • Partner with the Digital Capabilities Lead to prioritize fixes for missing/incorrect product information, images, or rich content.
  • Work with external vendors (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo, Nielsen Brandbank, RIVIR) to troubleshoot syndication and feed issues.
  • Maintain and distribute product information via the GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) to meet retailer and industry data standards.
  • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to Planning and Activation teams to inform investment and content development.
  • Support post-program analysis to measure the impact of retail media or content updates on digital shelf metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for digital shelf analytics with retailer media networks, agencies, and vendor partners.
  • Train cross-functional teams on digital shelf KPIs and their impact on conversion and shopper experience.
  • Ensure alignment with internal data governance, product master data, commercialization, regulatory and brand guidelines.

Danone Agrees to Sell Swedish Probiotic Brand ProViva to Lactalis

Danone has entered into an agreement to sell its Swedish probiotic fruit juices brand, ProViva, to the French dairy group Lactalis. This transaction involves the sale of the Österlenmejeriet factory located in Lunnarp, Skåne County, in southeastern Sweden.
