Freedom Caregivers is looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or STNA to fill the role of Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Marion, OH. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow, lead, and impact the lives of our clients and caregivers.

Position details:

· Evening schedule with rotating weekend schedule

· Starting pay is up to $18.00/hr

· Drive time AND mileage reimbursement!!

What You'll Do:

As a CCS, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting the growth and success of our agency. Your key responsibilities include:

• Delivering Outstanding Customer Experiences: Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers by providing top-tier customer service.
• Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients.
• Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success.
• Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment.
• Upholding Excellence: Follow all caregiver responsibilities and uphold our agency’s policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License, required
• Reliable transportation, required
• Proof of auto insurance, required
• HHA or STNA certification
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50lbs
